Portrait/Headshot Packages

• One-hour Foto Sundays

​$200 - Sundays are One-hour Foto Sundays at FotoMaven Photography. From professionals to pets, your in-studio headshot or portrait needs are covered in just an hour. This special includes the photo session, review and selection of images and a choice of either a CD or a private online downloadable gallery of your high-res images. Drop-ins are welcome but it is best to reserve your slot now! 

• Fall Fotos

​$725 - Why settle for average "picture day" photos? Let FotoMaven Photography capture these unique, precious moments in a collection of sophisticated portraits with the Fall Fotos special, which includes a two-hour session with Betsy Spruill Clarke and a private online downloadable gallery of your high-res images. Don't let the time pass you by!

• Holiday Pop

​$775 - When the holiday decor starts going up in the mall, it's time to think about updating your address book and what you will be doing this year for your annual holiday cards. Why not knock out two birds with one stone? FotoMaven's Holiday Pop includes a two-hour session with Betsy Spruill Clarke, a private online downloadable gallery of your high-res images and 50 greeting cards of your choice from Mpix to send out to your friends and family.

• Holiday Pop PLUS

​$895 - Why not get more POP for your buck? How about 100 greeting cards of your choice from Mpix and 100 photo stamps from PictureItPostage? This is this special also includes a two-hour session with Betsy Spruill Clarke, a private online downloadable gallery of your high-res images.

Small Wedding Packages

Small wedding photography is Betsy's specialty! To celebrate her love for these intimate celebrations, she has created package options, running from $850 to $2500, designed to maximize the often limited budget of these meaningful events. Each package includes two hours of photography on the wedding day, however, for these packages, specifically, you can add on additional time for $200/hour. Terms and conditions apply.

• Tiny Celebrations

​$850 - Whether in a small chapel, eloping or a Justice of the Peace visit, doesn't your moment deserve to be remembered? This package includes two hours of photography coverage; an online photo album with options for family and friends to purchase downloads, prints and more; and a CD/DVD of high-res images.

• Going to the Chapel

​$1100 - Of course chapels aren't a requirement to book this package, which includes two hours of photography coverage; an online photo album with unlimited free downloading and options for family and friends to purchase prints and more; and a CD/DVD of high-res images.

• Intimate Elegance

​$2500 - It may be a small wedding, but it's your big moment! And this may be a small weddings package, but it's a big deal: two hour engagement session; two hours of photography coverage for your wedding; an online photo album with unlimited free downloading plus options for family and friends to purchase prints and more; a CD/DVD of high-res images; and a professionally printed and hardcover bound photo album that's sure to grace your coffee table.

Portrait/Headshot Packages Terms and Conditions:
Additional hours incurred on any of the portrait session will be subject to an additional charge of $300 per hour. Online galleries have a lifespan of one (1) year. Additional years of hosting are available for $50 per year. Actual time of basic post-production and desired format of image output can range between 10-15 minutes. Basic post-production editing -- cropping, contrast, formatting -- only. Detailed post-production editing -- cosmetic and environmental edits -- is available for an additional cost of $150/hour of editing and is not included in the (1) hour timeframe of the One-hour Foto Sundays package. Turnaround on detailed post-production editing varies by need.

Additional terms and conditions specific to the One-hour Foto Sundays package: group portraits are limited to a maximum of no more than five (5) people; actual time of photo session can range from 15-30 minutes; actual time of review and selection of images can range between 10-15 minutes; customers may choose between a CD of high-res images or a link to a personal and private online gallery where they may download their images. Online galleries have a lifespan of one (1) month. A full year of hosting is available for an additional cost of $100, then $50 per year, thereafter. Pet portraits must be reserved in advance and the building's breed restrictions, which do not reflect the opinion of FotoMaven Photography, may apply. One-hour Foto Sundays deal applies only to one (1) hour sessions on Sundays at the studios of FotoMaven Photography, 5230 Tuckerman Lane, North Bethesda, MD, 20852. 

Small Weddings Packages Terms and Conditions
Additional travel fees may apply for weddings taking place outside the DC/MD/VA metro region. Each online album is password protected, unless otherwise specified by client. Each hour of photography includes 1.5 hours of basic post-production editing -- cropping, contrast, formatting -- only. Detailed post-production editing -- cosmetic and environmental edits -- is available for an additional cost of $150/hour of editing. Online galleries have a lifespan of one (1) year. Additional years of hosting are available for an additional cost of $50. Photo album services include a one (1) to two (2) hour image, album and layout selection session between client and Betsy Spruill; layout and design; printing and delivery. As indicated in description, the online photo album of the Tiny Celebrations package does not include free and unlimited downloads. Online photo albums with free and unlimited downloads are included in only the Going to the Chapel, Good Things and Intimate Elegance packages.
